1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- The product batch number and seal are intact and verifiable.
Products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging has been broken are generally not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products purchased during special sales or promotions (unless defective).
- Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or negligence by the customer.
- Orders cancelled after the item has been dispatched.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what was ordered, please:
- Contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photographs of the product, packaging, and batch details.
- Our team will assess the issue and offer a full replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or refund request:

- Provide your order details, the reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will share a return address and instructions.
Please do not return products without prior confirmation from our team, as it may affect your return eligibility.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange and bear the cost of return shipping. For other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in return transit.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a bank transfer, as agreed during the WhatsApp conversation.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch:
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
- Cancellations accepted before dispatch will receive a full refund.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per the policy above.
