Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery process for all orders placed through Pure Form Wellness. As our orders are processed through WhatsApp, our team coordinates all shipping details directly with you upon order confirmation.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India — including metro cities, tier-2 cities, and most major towns. If you are unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us on WhatsApp at +91-89299 22078 before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities and Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days (delivery subject to serviceability)

These are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather, courier delays, or local disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation via WhatsApp. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — our team will inform you of any applicable offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier partner details via WhatsApp. You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website or app.

6. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use tamper-evident, eco-conscious packaging to protect product integrity during transit.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered after 3 attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide an alternate contact number.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing an order via WhatsApp. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch in such cases.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please:

  • Do not accept the package if visibly damaged during delivery.
  • Photograph the package and its contents immediately upon opening.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photos.

For lost shipments, please reach out within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will raise a complaint with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
